Each year our institute hosts over 100+ high school students from all across Europe. Our mission is to revolve around leadership development in a dynamic, young and inspiring environment. At ISLI, students are taught by contemporaries.
The Issues Forum has arrived!
Every year, our Senior Regents host the Issues Forum. During this unique debate session you will get the chance to learn more about a current issue. This year’s topic revolves around “responsible consumption”. All participants are asked to read certain articles about the topic and to come well prepared in advance to ISLI.
We have been changing the world. And we continue.
The next International Student Leadership Institute will take place from March 3rd to 8th 2024. The Board of Regents has been preparing a tremendous 40th edition of the institute. Both offline and online, ISLI is in the making.
Generation after generation, leaders are crafted in Oberwesel.
ISLI was found in 1982 by the United States Department of Defense Schools (DoDDS) with the intention to provide trainings to students. Throughout the years, ISLI has become an institute where European countries and the USA gather to learn about leadership.
